This policy describes what information we collect on paw-talk.com and how we use it. Booking, scheduling and payments happen in the Paw Talk App, which is operated by PawPartner — information you share there is governed by PawPartner's own policies.
When you send an inquiry from our About page or apply on our Join Our Team page, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and (for applications) the kind of work you're interested in and your availability. We use it to respond to you and for no other purpose. It is stored securely in our website database and sent to our staff by email.
During a bus run, families with a private tracking link can see the bus's location on a live map. The tracker shows the location of our vehicle only — it never collects your location or any information about you, and our analytics do not run on the tracker page.
Photos on our gallery page come from our own Instagram account. The gallery does not collect any information about you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run this website for us — Google (Firebase hosting and database, Analytics, reCAPTCHA) — who process it on our behalf.
We keep form submissions as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you'd like something you sent us corrected or deleted, call or email us and we'll take care of it.
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions are always welcome:
