Work where the dogs are.

We keep applications open year-round — no posting, no waiting. When a spot opens, we start with the people who already introduced themselves.

Working at Paw Talk

Every day is a dog day.

Paw Talk is one facility at 11011 US HWY 61 in Jackson, renovated top to bottom for dogs — play floors, twelve themed boarding suites, a grooming salon, a training program led by owner and head trainer Makayla, and the Paw Talk Bus. We're open 365 days a year, 6am–10pm, and Cape Girardeau County voted us #1 in the 2025 Southeast Missourian People's Choice Awards.

If your idea of a good shift involves wagging tails, we'd like to know you exist — whether or not we have an opening this week.
